I have never worked a 9/80 schedule. I LOVE it. I feel like I have a vacation every 2 weeks.
Do you get to work with exciting new technology?
Absolutely. That's why I chose this role. I am a manufacturing guy through and through!

I had Lunch with the CEO my first day! In that meeting, I connected with people with shared interests and hobbies. I’ve continued to make friends who share my interest in music, kayaking, etc. People here are super friendly!
What motivates you to be successful?
I came to work here because I am passionate about the military culture. I'm proud of this. I know these products have to work every single time. That motivates me to hire the right people for the job.
