Who We Are

Safran Optics 1 is a growing business with a small company feel. Our agile teams are constantly adapting and collaborating to improve processes, keep up with new technologies, and changing business needs, while also having the opportunity to chat with the CEO as a morning cup of coffee is brewing. Our culture is an important part of what makes Safran Optics 1 different, with our culture team sponsoring employee events like Friday breakfast, ice cream socials and seasonal festivities, all to support camaraderie and bring employees together. We strive to support veterans and their families and promote STEM education through volunteer work, internship opportunities, and sponsorships. Giving back to the community is an important part of who we are as a team.
