You seem to gravitate towards challenges with a positive outlook and a go-get-'em attitude, what challenges have you encountered that you’ve successfully overcome?
I have been involved in solving technical problems with our product and other various line issues. Ensuring we provide the best quality product and deliver on our commitment of customer satisfaction is extremely important. Having a positive outlook helps me accomplish that to best of my ability.
At Optics 1, you have the opportunity to lead a team of assemblers. What do you enjoy about leading people at Optics 1?

You’ve been at Optics 1 for almost 5 years. When did you realize this is where you’d like to establish your career?
I realized I wanted to build a career at Optics 1 when I saw how much of focus the company had on their people, as well as their customers.
How has Optics 1 supported you throughout your time here?
The support I receive is very valuable, I have learned so much in my time here, and have been given multiple opportunities to better my career.
