I've worked at a few places that talk about working as a team, but Optics 1 is the only place where I've actually felt and been treated as a Team member.
What impact do you have at Optics 1?
I work in the engineering department and help transition engineering products to production. I get the opportunity to work with all the new, cutting-edge technology.
When did you know you made the right decision to join Optics 1?
I knew I made the right decision of joining Optics 1 immediately upon starting. Everyone was so friendly and encouraging and I felt welcomed on day one.
What do you most appreciate about working here?
I very much appreciate the work-life balance Optics 1 provides to us. Between the Off-Fridays (9-80 work schedule), the generous PTO, and the remote flexibility, the company really keeps work-life balance in mind. It is very helpful for parents, like myself, with young children.
Have you grown and/or developed your career here at Optics 1? To What do you contribute your success?
My manager very much cares about my development and growth here at Optics 1. My manager provides me with challenges designed to help me learn and succeed in the company.
